Jason is a Certified Executive Chef. Studied at the Le Cordon Bleu in Arizona while finishing his time in the service. Over the past four years Jason has been working with Holiday Retirement Group as an Executive Chef and as a Regional Executive Traveling Chef. His passion for food started when he was young, growing up in Southern California, and traveling a lot, due to his father's military work. They saw the world and visited new places. His family was from Cuba and food was always a big part of their family gatherings. Jason has worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years in management, partnerships & concept development. Jason has always used his creativity through the arts, music and food to express himself and make an impression that is sure to last! He likes to challenge himself through his dishes, and talk about food with any one who shares that same passion.
